Inauguration of Renault new 3S center in Shenzhen

On 20th August 2002, Renault brand-new 3s center was inaugurated in Shenzhen. This center was invested and built by Shenzhen Jiutianze Investment Corporation, Renault general importer and distributor for 6 provinces in southern of China. Mr. DEBROT, president of Renault Asia Pacific and Mr. SIMET, Renault chief representative in China attended this inauguration ceremony and made the speech of congratulation in the ceremony.

Since its presence in south of China in June 2001, Renault sales increased rapidly in this region. In order to better service customers, Jiutianze ended the situation that the after-sales center was far away from the showroom, by building a brand-new 3S service center in concentrating sales, service and spare parts in the same building to provide to customers the real "one stop" service.

Located in the west side of Nigang Road in Shenzhen, the new 3S center is rated as a good example of the kind with different but complete function. The first floor is divided in areas such as reception, exhibition, TV, meeting, children game and rest room. In the roomy and luminous second floor, the after sales center is equipped with professional repair installations, especially with Renault electronic repair document and Computerized Diagnosis. All technicians are trained by Renault and provide to customers the guaranty of a high quality service. The third floor is served as spare parts center and all parts are imported directly from Renault.

Furthermore, in line with the concept that "real sales begin only after the car sold to customer", the new 3S center initiated a membership club named "Renault Family" aimed to provide to all Renault car owners the maximum convenience.

In the same inauguration ceremony, Renault approved officially the appointment of four dealers of Jiutianze, which are respectively DONGGUAN TAI HING MOTORS TRADING CO LTD, ZHONGSHAN MUNICIPAL GOLDBASE AUTO CO LTD, CHINA WIN TRADING DEVELOPMENT CO LTD and SHUNDE MOTORS SALES CO LTD.

In 2002, Renault has the ambition to sell around 1,800 cars in the six provinces in the south of China, which would represent as much as more than two thirds of their total anticipated sales this year in China.
